Please try reinstalling the Visual C++ package.

If the issue is not caused by a VC++ problem, it is likely due to a conflict with the other programs on your computer.
First, restart your computer and reinstall BLACK STIGMA.
If you are using a external antivirus program other than Windows Defender, please give BLACK STIGMA a permission in a setting.
Besides antivirus programs, financial/DRM/blockchain security programs could also be the issue. Please try uninstalling any unused financial security programs. (In particular, keyboard security programs frequently cause the problems.)
