Please try the following solutions to resolve common such as crashing, freezing, etc.

[PC Reboot]

Restart your computer and try again.

[Steam Integrity Verification]

Launch the Steam client.

Right-click on BLACK STIGMA and select 'Properties'.

Click the 'Verify Integrity Of Game Files' button.

[Windows Update]

Click the Windows button at the bottom left and click 'Settings'.

Click the Window Update item and update to the latest version of Windows.

[Graphics Driver Update]

Click the Windows button at the bottom left and click 'Settings'.

Click 'Windows Update' and click 'View Optional Updates'.

Click 'Driver Update', select the graphic driver you are using, and click 'Download and Install'.

[Router Reboot]

Shut down your PC.

Unplug the router you are using and wait for at least 30 seconds.

Connect to the power and turn on the router. Then, start your PC.

Try running BLACK STIGMA again.

[Reinstall the game]

Run the Steam client.

Right-click on BLACK STIGMA and select 'Manage'.

Click the 'Uninstall' button.

Once the uninstallation is complete, please reinstall the game.
